A professional with over 50 years of experience, Mr. Aljomaih has been Chairman of Arcapita's board since June 1997.

Mr. Aljomaih has been the Head of International Investments at Aljomaih Holding Co. in Saudi Arabia since 1988. His other key positions include, Chairman of British Islamic Insurance Holdings Ltd, United Kingdom and Karachi Electric Supply Company Ltd, Pakistan since 2006. Mr. Aljomaih is also a member of the Board of Directors of Al Bilad Bank, Saudi Arabia, Ittihad Etisalat (Mobily), Saudi Arabia and Danagas, United Arab Emirates. A professional with over 21 years of experience, Mr. Aljomaih has been Vice Chairman of Arcapita's Board since June 1997.
Ghazi Fahad Alnafisi

Mr. Alnafisi is Co-Founder and Chairman and Managing Director of Salhia Real Estate Company K.S.C., Kuwait. His other current positions include: Chairman of Kuwait Hotel Owners Association, Kuwait; Vice Chairman of Azzad Catering & Services Co., Kuwait; Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Independent Petroleum Group s.a.k., Kuwait. A professional with over 40 years of experience, Mr. Alnafisi has been a member of Arcapita's board since November 1999.
H.E. Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabr Al-Thani

Sheikh Jassim is currently the Chairman of Qatar Islamic Bank, QInvest and European Finance House, an investment bank founded by Qatar Islamic Bank in London. Sheikh Jassim is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Qatar Navigation Company and Qatar Insurance Company. Additionally, he participates in the organization and management of a number of companies specializing in investment and real estate activities. A professional with over nine years of experience, Sheikh Jassim has been a member of Arcapita’s board since October 2008.
Khalifa Mohamed Al Kindi

Mr. Al Kindi is the Managing Director of Abu Dhabi Investment Council. He is also the Chairman of Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company and Abu Dhabi Investment Company. Mr. Al Kindi has over 25 years of investment banking experience and holds a number of directorships in various public corporations. Mr. Al Kindi has been a member of Arcapita's board since November 2007.
Abdulrahman Abdulaziz Al-Muhanna

Mr. Al-Muhanna joined the Almarai Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1979 and was appointed Managing Director and a member of the board in 1997. His other board memberships include ARASCO, Saudi Fisheries Company and the publishing company Al Jazirah, as well as various commercial establishments in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A professional with 30 years of experience, Mr. Al-Muhanna has been a member of Arcapita's board since June 2000.
Abdulla Abdullatif Al-Fozan

Mr. Al-Fozan is Chairman of Al-Fozan Holding, Madar Holding and United Electronics "eXtra". Additionally, Mr. Al-Fozan is Vice Chairman of Al-Oula Group of Companies, Amwal Al-Khaleej, and Midad Holding and Managing Director of AbdulLatif & Mohammed Al-Fozan Group, Arnon Plastic Industries and United Transformers Electrical Co. Mr. Al-Fozan is also member of the Board of Directors of Emaar Middle East, Gulf Union Insurance, Damas, Gulf Farabi Petrochemical Co. and Arab Paper Manufacturing Co. A professional with over 18 years of experience, Mr. Al-Fozan has been a member of Arcapita's board since June 2000.
Dr. Khalid Mohammed Boodai

Dr. Boodai has served as President of Horizon Management Consulting in Kuwait since 1993 and has over 27 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. He also serves as Vice Chairman of International Turnkey Systems Company and Emtiaz Energy Holding Company, both in Kuwait. Dr. Boodai is also a member of the Board of the Supreme Petroleum Council, Kuwait and Al-Imtiaz Investment Company, Kuwait. Dr. Boodai has been a member of Arcapita's board since June 1997.
Dr. Khalid Thani A. Al-Thani

Dr. Al-Thani is Chairman and Managing Director of Qatar International Islamic Bank and CEO & Board Director of Qatar Islamic Insurance Co. Additionally, Dr. Al-Thani is Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Tadawul Holding Group. He also serves as Chairman of Islamic Financial Securities Co., Mackeen Development & Real Estate Investment and Zenon Trading & Contracting Co. In addition, he is a Board Director of Medicare Group (Al Ahli Hospital) and Qatar Exchange, and Managing Director of Dar Al-Sharq Printing Publishing & Distribution and Al Arab Newspaper. A professional with over 13 years of experience, Dr. Al-Thani has been a member of Arcapita's board since December 2003.
Dr. Haji Mohammed Amin Liew Abdullah

Dr. Amin has 10 years of service in senior government positions in Brunei. In 2004, Dr. Amin assumed the post of Managing Director of the Brunei Investment Agency. At the same time, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Dorchester Group of Hotels. Dr. Amin is also the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance in Brunei. Previously, Dr. Amin was with Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd. Dr. Amin graduated with a Masters degree in Management and a Doctorate in Corporate Finance from Imperial College, University of London and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. Dr. Amin has been a member of Arcapita's board since October 2008.
Atif A. Abdulmalik
Member of the Executive Investment Committee, the Executive Administrative Committee and the Charitable Contributions Committee
Mr. Abdulmalik is the Chief Executive Officer and one of the founders of Arcapita Bank, which he established in 1997. He has a BBA in Accounting, Finance and Management from Saint Edward's University, Texas, and is a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Maryland. In 2007, he was awarded The Proficiency Medal First Class by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the Kingdom of Bahrain. Mr. Abdulmalik serves as a member of the board of Bahrain's Economic Development Board. Mr. Abdulmalik has been a member of Arcapita's board since November 1999.
