Prior to joining Arcapita, Roger was with the Mergers and Acquisition Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York, where he gained extensive experience working with private equity firms in the mid market US M&A sector.  Previously, he worked with KPMG Corporate Finance in New York and Lehman Brothers Financial Institutions Group in London.  Roger holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Yale University and graduate degrees in Economics and an MBA from Oxford University.
