| ARCAPITA ANNOUNCES SALE OF WORKING RX TO FISERV INC.
ATLANTA (September 12, 2007) - Arcapita Inc., a leading private equity investment firm based in Atlanta, announced today that Fiserv Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV),has acquired Working Rx Holding Company from affiliates of Arcapita.. Working Rx delivers products and services nationwide to help pharmacies reduce the administrative time spent on processing workers' compensation claims. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Working Rx, formerly part of Medifax-EDI Inc, was retained by affiliates of Arcapita when Medifax-EDI was acquired by WebMD (now Emdeon - NASDAQ: HLTH) in 2003. Since then, Arcapita has worked closely with the Working Rx management team to build this niche business, which is the 2nd largest provider in this sector.
