Prior to joining Arcapita, John spent two years in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Wachovia Securities in New York and three years in the Corporate and Investment Banking group at Wachovia Securities in Charlotte. While at Wachovia, John gained significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital offerings and general financial and strategic advisory work. John holds a BS in Political Science from the College of Charleston and an MBA from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
