In January 2016, Arcapita acquired a logistics park in Dubai, UAE. The investment comprises nine freehold plots of land to be developed into ten warehousing facilities that will be under a long-term master lease with a reputable UAE conglomerate. The logistics park is strategically located in the Al Quoz Industrial Area next to Al Khail Road, one of Dubai’s main transport arteries, and covers an area of approximately 630,000 square feet.
